Can I request delivery in Imsouane?
Yes. E-bike delivery is included free to a confirmed address within Imsouane. Scooter collection or delivery and any applicable cost must be confirmed separately. Send the accommodation name or map pin so the team can agree the exact address, time, return arrangement and required documents.
Use an exact location, not only a neighbourhood
Send the accommodation or meeting-point name, a map link if useful, check-in constraints and a working contact number. The team will confirm the address and time, including whether a scooter is collected or delivered and whether any scooter-delivery cost applies.
Plan the return before you start
Agree the return date, time, location, fuel or charging condition, inspection and the procedure for delay or extension. A clear return plan prevents last-minute confusion.
Arriving from Agadir or Essaouira?
Use the separate taxi transfer service for arrival transport. Scooter or e-bike rental should begin only after the handover and requirements are completed in Imsouane.
Before you pay, your confirmation should include
- Dates and number of vehicles
- Available model and photos
- Total price and rental agreement
- Age 18+ and any required ID
- Pickup, return or delivery
