Read the Imsouane E-Bike website terms for rental requests, confirmation, accuracy, responsible use and third-party services.
1. Website purpose
This website presents Imsouane E-Bike scooter and e-bike rental enquiries, packages and local transport information. A form submission or WhatsApp message is a request, not automatic confirmation of availability or a completed rental.
2. Rental confirmation
Before payment, the operator confirms the available vehicle; the €25/day scooter dates and any 15% discount from 4 days; or the e-bike ride date and selected €10 / 100 MAD two-hour or €20 / 200 MAD four-hour session. No driving licence is required for the scooter. The operator also confirms add-on rates, accepted payment method, minimum age, identity requirements, equipment, signed-agreement terms, permitted use, handover, return, cancellation and responsibility terms.
3. E-bike inclusions and responsibility
Each e-bike rental includes one lock and free delivery within Imsouane. No security deposit is required. The renter is responsible for applicable late-return, loss or damage charges under the signed rental agreement; no security deposit does not waive those responsibilities.
4. Accuracy
Availability, fleet, rates and operating details can change. Information supplied directly for a specific request takes priority over general website text. Website photos and illustrations do not guarantee a specific vehicle or accessory unless confirmed for your booking.
5. Safe and lawful use
The rider is responsible for understanding and following the applicable rental agreement, operator instructions and local requirements. Do not use the scooter or e-bike when the rider, route, equipment, weather or conditions are unsuitable.
6. Package add-ons
Surfboard, wetsuit and dorm-bed add-ons are provided through local partners. The rates shown on the website are indicative; the exact partner rate is confirmed on WhatsApp before any payment.
7. Third-party services
Taxi transfers, accommodation partners, map services, WhatsApp and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
